Abstract Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is an autoimmune connective tissue disease that primarily involve skin. Pulmonary involvements are important as they influence the outcome of SSc. Interstitial lung diseases (SSc-ILD), pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), aspiration pneumonia are common pulmonary lung diseases found in SSc.
